About
Take on downtown Seattle with a self-guided soccer city hunt that turns the waterfront into your playing field. This walking adventure mixes light puzzles, football-inspired challenges, and city discovery into a fun outdoor escape game for visitors, locals, couples, families, and friend groups looking for something more interactive than a standard sightseeing stop.
Expect the kind of landmarks that make Seattle instantly memorable: bold art and architecture near the Seattle Art Museum, the buzz of Pike Place Market, fresh-air views along Waterfront Park, and the marine energy of the Seattle Aquarium on the city’s historic central waterfront. Seattle Art Museum is the largest fine art museum in the Pacific Northwest, Pike Place Market is Seattle’s original farmers market, Waterfront Park is part of the revitalized downtown waterfront, and the aquarium sits directly on the central waterfront over Elliott Bay.
This Seattle scavenger hunt is designed to feel active, flexible, and easy to enjoy at your own pace. Rather than following a guide, you will solve clues, spot details in the city around you, and explore through a playful mix of sightseeing and puzzle-solving. It is part scavenger hunt, part puzzle hunt, part city exploration game, and part outdoor walking adventure, with a soccer theme that adds extra energy and personality.
Whether you are searching for a unique thing to do in Seattle, a casual date idea, or a family-friendly self-guided activity, this experience offers a fresh way to enjoy the city’s downtown character. With public-market atmosphere, waterfront scenery, art, and iconic visitor appeal all close together, it delivers a distinctly Seattle adventure without feeling like a typical tour. Pike Place Market spans a nine-acre historic district in downtown Seattle, and the Seattle Aquarium describes itself as located on Seattle’s historic central waterfront.

We did this hunt with our family of 4 and it was fantastic! The clues were clever without being frustrating, and the football trivia mixed with Seattle history was really well done. My kids (ages 10 and 13) stayed engaged the whole time. The final photo spot was a nice touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting or even locals who want to see the city differently.
Great way to explore downtown
Did this on a cold December morning with my partner. The hunt itself was really enjoyable and we loved the WC2026 theme. Some of the clues made us look at buildings and details we'd walked past a hundred times. Only downside was we weren't quite dressed warm enough! Took us about 2 hours total.
The puzzles were just the right difficulty level. Not too easy but we never felt stuck for long.
